Before organizing Right Hand Management, Stephanie started Left Hand Management in the summer of 2016 with a focus on Behavioral Healthcare. Left Hand has grown exponentially over the years and worked on many large-scale projects for state and local governments and private agency owners.
These activities allowed Stephanie to hone her skills in business operations, process improvement, program evaluation, and strategic planning.
Stephanie has a talent for operationalizing statewide programs and those that change the landscape of modern healthcare. She is a passionate advocate for healthcare providers with external stakeholders and policymakers, and a tireless analyst focused on efficiencies for Provider agencies.
Today, Stephanie brings these skills and passions to the community health marketplace with hopes to again change the landscape of how healthcare is
delivered.
Stephanie’s Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University,
and Masters degree in Public Administration from CU Denver has provided
the foundation for the activities that drive her today.

James brings over 15 years of medical billing, coding, and claims experience to our team.
Managing our billing team and their processes, James emphasizes collaboration and open communication, motivating everyone to make the most of their strengths. His strong technical abilities make us responsive to an ever-changing EHR landscape.
Before joining Right Hand, James was Director of Revenue Cycle Management at a child healthcare agency, where he oversaw customer service, billing, coding, collections, payment posting, reconciliations, and reporting. He has also held leadership positions with billing teams specializing in Behavioral Health and Durable Medical Equipment.
James earned his degree in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding from Everest College in 2009 and also holds Medical Insurance Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credentials from the American Academy of Professional Coders and Nationally Certified Insurance and Coding Specialist (NCICS) credentials from the Nation Center of Competency Testing.

Her tenacity in coordinating the application and enrollment process both with providers and insurance carriers shows how passionate she is about her work. Alexis brings with her 5 years of previous experience working as an office manager in the largest network of Joint Commission-accredited outpatient opioid treatment and recovery centers in the U.S. Alexis is familiar with managing the processes of medication management, behavioral health therapy, counseling, labs, care coordination, and case management.
She is an expert at navigating large, multi-disciplinary systems to garner the information that she needs and assimilating it quickly.
Alexis has a degree in psychology and a compassionate spirit that fuels her drive to produce excellent outcomes.
Highly focused and attentive to the details as well as how they fit together within the system, Alexis is a dark horse. Do not underestimate her.
That said, Alexis is an adventurer who spends her free time exploring, learning new things, and riding her motorcycle.
